Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
- Identify current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the client base.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers on insurance products.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in field sales or direct sales in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers over phone calls or face-to-face meetings.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
