As an Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of complex integration solutions using Boomi and related technologies. You will serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME), collaborating closely with consultants, project managers, customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality integration solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, solution design capabilities, leadership, mentoring, and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilties:

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of complex integration solutions.

- Serve as a subject matter expert in Boomi integration technologies and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions.

- Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend optimal integration approaches.

- Create, review, and validate Integration Design Documents (IDDs) to ensure solution readiness and high delivery quality.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical oversight to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

- Develop accurate effort estimates and implementation plans for complex integration initiatives.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and hypercare activities.

- Lead upgrade and migration initiatives, including complex workforce management transitions such as UKG Workforce Central (WFC)



to UKG Pro WFM Dimensions using the Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) tool.

- Participate in customer meetings and provide support across various client time zones as required.

- Mentor and onboard new team members through knowledge-sharing sessions and technical guidance.

- Promote adherence to UKG delivery methodologies, architectural standards, and integration best practices.

- Support critical customer escalations, major releases, and production issues during key milestones.

- Provide end-to-end support for customer go-lives, from solution build through testing and deployment.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4-6 years of experience in integration development, consulting, or a similar technical role.

- Strong expertise in Boomi, including process design, connectors, profiles, mappings, transformations, exception handling, and deployment management.

- Proficiency in SQL, Groovy, and/or Java, with experience troubleshooting complex integration scenarios.

- Advanced knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and integration patterns.

- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise integration solutions.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing capabilities.

- Proven ability to lead technical discussions, guide team members, and drive successful project outcomes.

Additional Requirements:

- Exposure to working with US and multi-Geo clients will be beneficial.
