Role Description The Key Accounts Executive – Freight Forwarding role is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with key customers, coordinating their freight forwarding requirements, and ensuring timely execution of air, sea, and project cargo shipments. Daily tasks include handling inquiries and quotations, preparing and following up on shipping documentation, tracking consignments, and resolving operational issues in coordination with internal teams and external partners.

The executive will monitor service performance, manage escalations,



and provide proactive updates to clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction. The role also includes supporting business development activities, identifying opportunities for additional services, and contributing to process improvements in key account management.

Qualifications

- Experience of 2–4 years in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain with a focus on key account management or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of air and sea freight operations, basic understanding of project cargo handling, and familiarity with shipping documentation and industry regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and manage expectations professionally.
- Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills to handle shipment tracking, issue resolution, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Office and common logistics or freight forwarding software; ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
