Role Overview:

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to own and grow presence on Amazon and Flipkart. You will be responsible for driving sales, visibility, and profitability across these marketplaces through strong account management, listing optimization, and performance marketing collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own end-to-end account management for Amazon and Flipkart, including sales growth, inventory planning, and account health.

● Manage product listings content, A+ pages, images, keywords, and SEO to improve visibility and conversion.

● Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, and lightning deals in line with brand strategy.

● Coordinate with ads/performance teams to optimize Amazon (PPC) and Flipkart ad spends for ROAS.

● Track key metrics: sales, market share, conversion rate, return rate, and account health scores.





● Liaise with category managers and marketplace POCs to resolve issues and unlock growth opportunities.

● Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and catalog trends to keep listings competitive.

● Ensure inventory availability and coordinate with operations/warehouse teams to avoid stock-outs.

● Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

● Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

● Robust understanding of marketplace algorithms, ranking factors, and listing optimization.

● Experience with Amazon Ads (PPC) and Flipkart Ads.

● Prior experience with a D2C brand is preferred.
