Ken Foundation is looking for passionate, purpose-driven individuals to join our 6-month Ken Impact Fellowship (with stipend) and gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful community initiatives.

About the Fellowship The Ken Impact Fellowship is designed for aspiring professionals seeking real-world exposure to the non-profit sector. Fellows will work across branding, fundraising, communications, project management, research, and stakeholder engagement while developing leadership, problem-solving, and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

NGO Operations & Administration

- Support community projects and program implementation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
- Maintain project records and operational data
- Coordinate day-to-day NGO activities

Digital Marketing & Communications

- Create engaging social media content, reels, and campaigns
- Design presentations and awareness materials
- Support branding and digital outreach initiatives

Project & Program Management





- Conduct research and needs assessments
- Assist in planning and executing sustainability projects
- Coordinate events, workshops, and awareness campaigns

Fundraising & CSR Engagement

- Assist in preparing CSR and fundraising proposals
- Support donor outreach and partnership development
- Research funding opportunities

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

- Coordinate meetings with partners, donors, and volunteers
- Track project outcomes and prepare impact reports
- Support compliance and donor reporting

Innovation & Strategy

- Research emerging trends in CSR, sustainability, education, and community development
- Contribute innovative ideas for new programs and organizational growth

Eligibility

- MBA or Postgraduate degree in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Sustainability, or related fields
- Passion for social impact and community development
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a dynamic setting
- Willing to travel for outreach and field activities

Fellowship Details

Duration: 6 Months (26 Weeks)

Stipend: Performance-based stipend

Location: Onsite – Visakhapatnam
