Thinkster is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior HR – Talent Acquisition to join our team in Pune.

Thinkster is a growth-focused digital marketing agency helping businesses build and scale their digital presence through SEO, performance marketing, social media, website development, branding, and lead generation.

We work differently from a traditional setup.

Our teams work closely across strategy, creative, content, performance and execution , with a strong focus on delivering measurable results for our clients.

And now, we’re looking for someone who can help us build the team behind that work.

? Role: Junior HR – Talent Acquisition

? Location: Pune

? Work Mode: In office

? Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month

What will you be doing?

- Source and screen candidates across multiple hiring platforms
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Manage the candidate pipeline
- Understand hiring requirements across creative, marketing and business roles
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records




- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Help build and maintain a strong talent pool for Thinkster

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is

✅ Good at communication and coordination

✅ Comfortable speaking with candidates

✅ Proactive and organised

✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

✅ Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
