We’re Hiring: Junior Video Editor for PodcastsWe’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Video Editor who wants to grow in podcast editing, storytelling, and cinematic content creation.

You don’t need to be an expert yet. We’re looking for someone who understands the basics of editing, has a strong creative sense, and is eager to learn how to turn long podcast conversations into engaging trailers, reels, clips, and full episodes.

What You’ll Do

- Edit podcast reels, clips, trailers, and long-form episodes.
- Find interesting and engaging moments from podcast conversations.
- Create short-form content with strong hooks and good pacing.
- Work with multi-camera podcast footage.
- Add subtitles, B-roll, music, sound effects, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
- Clean and improve dialogue audio.
- Create engaging edits for YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Work closely with the content team to improve storytelling and audience retention.
- Learn and adapt to our podcast editing style and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For
- 6 months–1.5 years of video-editing experience preferred.
- Freshers with a solid portfolio and editing skills can also apply.




- Good understanding of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics is a plus.
- Understanding of pacing, music selection, subtitles, B-roll, and sound effects.
- Interest in podcasts, YouTube content, storytelling, and social media.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle feedback positively.
- Most importantly, a strong willingness to learn and improve.
