About the Role

We are hiring early-career SAP talent and freshers (0.6 to 1 year of hands-on experience, internship, or project training) specializing in SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP SD (Sales & Distribution). Candidates will work on-site in Odisha alongside senior functional consultants to support daily operations, business process configuration, testing, and ticket resolution.

Role Details

- Modules: SAP MM | SAP SD
- Experience: 0.6 – 1 Year (Hands-on training, internship, or project support)
- Location: Odisha (100% In office / Relocation required)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days preferred

Focus Areas by Module

? SAP MM (Materials Management):
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Requisitions (PR), and RFQ.
- Master Data: Material Master, Vendor/Business Partner Master, Info Records, Source Lists.
- Inventory Management: Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Transfer Postings, Physical Inventory.
- Invoice Verification (LIV) and basic pricing procedure understanding.

? SAP SD (Sales & Distribution):
- Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle: Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery, Billing/Invoicing.
- Master Data: Customer/Business Partner Master, Customer-Material Info Record, Condition Records.
- Shipping and Transportation: Picking, Packing, Post Goods Issue (PGI).
- Basic Pricing Configuration (Condition types,



Access sequences, Pricing procedures) and Credit Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior consultants in day-to-day user support, L1/L2 incident resolution, and standard business flow execution.
- Support functional configuration, test case execution, and unit/integration testing (SIT/UAT).
- Maintain functional specifications (FS), user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and test documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., MM-FI, SD-FI, MM-SD integration touchpoints).

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience, formal course completion, or project/internship experience in SAP MM or SAP SD.
- Clear understanding of standard P2P or O2C business processes.
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Supply Chain / Marketing / Operations preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ready and willing to relocate and work on-site in Odisha.
