We're seeking an energetic and ambitious Junior Field Sales qualified to join our construction team, specializing in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). The ideal candidate will possess , a strong passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
- Build relationships with architects, engineers, builders, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote PEB products and services to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, and operations).
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the construction industry or also any other industry we preferred .
- Excellent , negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
