I’m looking for a junior developer or intern who can take responsibility for day-to-day development and maintenance of our web and mobile products.

This is not a role where you will only be assigned small, isolated tasks. I’m looking for someone who can gradually take ownership of features and projects, understand how the product works end-to-end, test their own work properly, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with senior developers.

The ideal person should be curious, responsible, comfortable learning new technologies, and willing to take ownership rather than waiting for instructions for every small task.

Technical Exposure

Depending on the project, you may work with:

- React
- TypeScript
- Expo
- React Native
- Android
- Java
- Kotlin
- XML
- Jetpack Compose
- REST APIs and backend integrations
- Git/GitHub
- Debugging, logging, and troubleshooting
- Testing across web and mobile
- Other relevant technologies as required by the projects

You do not need to be an expert in all of these technologies. Strong fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly are more important.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and improve existing websites and applications.
- Develop new features for web and mobile applications.
- Work closely with senior developers on ongoing projects.
- Understand existing codebases and make changes without breaking existing functionality.
- Test features end-to-end before considering them complete.
- Debug issues across frontend, mobile, API, and integration layers.
- Investigate problems independently before escalating them.
- Fix bugs and handle small-to-medium development tasks independently.
- Work with Git and follow proper development practices.
- Help monitor and maintain existing products.
- Take responsibility for assigned features and make sure they are properly implemented, tested, and delivered.




- Communicate clearly when something is blocked, unclear, or needs senior-level input.

Ideal Candidate

This role would be a good fit for someone who may not have extensive qualified experience yet but has strong fundamentals, personal projects, internship experience, or a genuine interest in software development.

I would rather work with someone who knows less but takes ownership, learns quickly, and thinks through problems than someone who knows a particular framework but needs to be guided through every task.

Experience

- Internship / 0–2 years of professional development experience.
- Freshers with strong projects and fundamentals are welcome.
- Experience with React, React Native, Android, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Personal projects, GitHub projects, or previous internships can be considered as relevant experience.

Working Style

You will work closely with senior developers and should be comfortable receiving feedback, discussing implementation decisions, and improving your approach.

The expectation is that as you gain familiarity with the products and codebase, you should be able to take increasing ownership of features and projects.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
