Role Description The Junior Designer will support the design team with concept development, drafting, and visualization for architecture and planning projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and presentations, assisting in design revisions, and organizing project documentation.

The role also involves collaborating with senior team members, attending internal review meetings, and helping ensure design consistency across project materials. This is a full-time,



in office role based in Kolkata, requiring regular presence in the studio and occasional visits to project locations.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in architectural design, space planning, and visual composition.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Ability to create clear drawings, diagrams, and presentation boards for internal review and client communication.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Relevant academic background in Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Planning, or a closely related field.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop professionally within a studio setting.
- Prior internship or project experience in an architecture or design office is an advantage but not mandatory.
