About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Chartered Accountant to join our core Finance &

- Accounts team at Yash Group of Industries. In this role, you will work closely with senior management to oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and internal audits. This position offers excellent exposure to industrial accounting, financial management, and corporate compliance for early-career financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Accounting &
- Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards (AS / Ind AS).
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow).
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of bank accounts, inter-company transactions, vendor balances, and customer accounts.
- Taxation &
- Compliance
- Handle direct and indirect tax compliances, including GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS/TCS filings, and income tax matters.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and filing of required returns.
- Assist in tax audits, statutory audits, and routine regulatory compliances.
- Budgeting &
- Financial Analysis




- Assist in variance analysis by comparing actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards to support decision-making.
- Audit &
- Internal Controls
- Support internal control reviews to ensure operational efficiency and standard operating procedures (e.g., inventory audits, 5S standards).
- Coordinate with external auditors, bank auditors, and statutory authorities during evaluations.

Qualifications &

- Skills

- Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) registered with ICAI.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience (Completed articleship in a reputable firm is required).
- Technical Skills:
- Robust working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax Laws, and Corporate Law.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime / ERP systems) and Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial accounting processes is an added advantage.

- Soft Skills: High level of integrity, strong analytical ability, sharp attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
