About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Architect with 2+ years of experience to support the design and execution of residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with the team from concept to detailed drawings and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in architectural and interior design development
- Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and GFC drawings
- Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.)
- Conduct site visits and support execution
- Review drawings before issuance to ensure accuracy
- Assist in material selection and detailing
- Maintain project documentation and revisions

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and rendering tools (Enscape/Lumion/V-Ray)
- Understanding of construction drawings and materials
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
