Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect based in Mumbai.

The Junior

Architect will assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing drawings, 3D models, and presentations, and supporting the senior design team through all project stages. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with consultants, contributing to design detailing, and assisting in material selection and documentation. The role also involves supporting site visits,



tracking project progress, and helping ensure that design intent, quality, timelines, and budgets are maintained.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into transparent drawings and presentations.
- Understanding of Integration between design elements, services, and materials to create cohesive interior and architectural solutions.
- Basic Project Management skills, including organizing documentation, coordinating with consultants, and monitoring timelines.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Good visualization, space planning, and detailing skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team on-site in Mumbai.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and participate in all stages of design and execution, including occasional site supervision.
