We at True Reckoner Advisory Services are hiring a full time, on-site US Accounts Executive to join our office-based team!
Location: Rohini Sector-3, New Delhi (On-site, Office-based)
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
Job Type: Full-time, In-office
What You’ll Do:
- Work on day-to-day accounting & financial tasks to support US clients.
- Use QuickBooks, Xero, AppFolio, and other US accounting software for bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, AR/AP reports, and monthly closings.
- Work with Excel to analyze data and generate financial reports.
- Handle client communications, vendor reconciliations, and compliance support.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting as required.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Graduate-level qualification Knowledge of Accounting & Finance principles Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, AppFolio (preferred) Strong communication & interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel Freshers are warmly welcomed!
