About the RoleWe're hiring a Junior Accountant with hands-on D2C or e-commerce accounting experience — not general accounting. If you've worked with marketplace settlement reports (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra), reconciled COD collections against courier partner data, or managed payment gateway settlements for an online-first brand, this role is built for you.

This is an onsite role in Noida. Candidates without prior D2C/e-commerce/marketplace accounting exposure will not be shortlisted, regardless of years of general accounting experience.

What You'll Do

- Reconcile daily sales data across channels — website (Shopify/WooCommerce), Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other marketplaces — against payment gateway and bank settlements
- Process marketplace payouts, commission deductions, return/RTO adjustments, and TCS/TDS entries specific to e-commerce
- Reconcile COD collections with logistics partner reports (Delhivery, Shiprocket, Bluedart, etc.)
- Track payment gateway settlements (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree) against order-level revenue
- Maintain books for returns, refunds, and cancellations
- Support AP/AR for logistics,



packaging, digital marketing, and fulfillment vendors
- Assist with inventory-linked cost tracking and COGS accuracy alongside the ops/warehouse team
- Prepare channel-wise sales and reconciliation MIS reports
- Support monthly closing, GST filing prep, and audits with marketplace-tagged records
- Maintain audit-trail documentation for marketplace invoices, credit notes, and settlement reports

Who We're Looking ForMust-have:

- 1–2 years of accounting experience specifically within a D2C brand, e-commerce company, or online marketplace seller
- Working knowledge of marketplace reconciliation (Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra settlement reports)
- Familiarity with payment gateways, COD reconciliation, and return/RTO accounting
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Willing and able to work onsite in Noida, Uttar Pradesh full-time

Preferred:

- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books
- Working knowledge of Tally or similar ERP tools
- Basic understanding of GST, TCS/TDS as applicable to e-commerce transactions
