Key Responsibilities -

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Budget: 30k-40k

 Receiving documents from clients as per the check list & resolving discrepancy.

 Obtaining complete documents from customers.

 Preparing HBL and taking the approval from Shipper.

 Coordinating with the shipper on any issues regarding the BL.

 Uploading MBL draft on carrier website as per carrier’s SI or ENS cut-off time.

 Filing the SI to S/Line.

 Upon receipt of approval & on-boarding confirmation, releasing the HBL or DBL.

 Filing AMS in time to meet the dead line.

 Coordinating with S/line to get the first print of BL and Debit note so the BL can be released well in time.

 Sorting out issues related to BL release.
