Jewellery Sales Executive – Counter Sales

About the Role

Frontier Jewellers Exclusive is looking for experienced and smart Jewellery Sales Executives to join our retail showroom in Dehradun.

This is a counter sales position for professionals who are confident in handling customers, understanding their requirements and independently converting enquiries into sales.

This is NOT a managerial position. We are specifically looking for solid hands-on counter sales professionals who can independently handle customers and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers professionally at the jewellery counter.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
- Demonstrate and recommend suitable gold, diamond, Polki, Jadau and other jewellery products.
- Handle premium, wedding and high-value customers independently.
- Explain product specifications, quality, pricing, making charges and other relevant details clearly.
- Build customer confidence and create a premium buying experience.
- Negotiate appropriately and effectively close sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat purchases.




- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
- Maintain proper presentation and upkeep of the assigned counter and jewellery.
- Coordinate with billing, inventory and other departments to ensure smooth customer transactions.

Candidate Profile
- 2–8 years of relevant jewellery sales experience preferred.
- Strong experience in gold and diamond jewellery sales will be an advantage.
- Must be confident handling wedding, premium and high-value customers independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, presentable and customer-oriented personality.
- Strong product-selling and closing skills.
- Should be target-oriented and comfortable working in a premium retail environment.
- Candidates from Uttarakhand, Delhi NCR, Western UP, Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh are preferred.
- Candidates who have worked with established jewellery brands/showrooms will be preferred.
