The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics instruction to students aspiring for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). This role requires a profound understanding of the JEE syllabus, exceptional teaching methodologies, and the ability to inspire and guide students towards achieving their academic goals.

You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of aspiring engineers by providing comprehensive coaching, doubt clarification, and continuous support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Mathematics classes aligned with the CBSE curriculum while integrating JEE-level concepts and applications.

- Teach Foundation Mathematics to Classes IX & X, strengthening conceptual understanding and analytical thinking.

- Develop lesson plans, annual academic planners, worksheets, assignments, and remedial modules.

- Prepare comprehensive study materials, including notes, assignments, quizzes, and practice problems, aligned with the latest JEE patterns and trends.





- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions to address individual student queries and provide personalized guidance.

- Design and administer periodic tests, mock examinations, and assessments to evaluate student progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze test results thoroughly and provide constructive feedback to students, helping them understand their mistakes and develop effective strategies.

- Stay updated with the latest changes in the JEE exam pattern, syllabus, and marking schemes, and incorporate them into teaching methodologies.

- Foster a positive and competitive learning environment that motivates students to excel and achieve their full potential.

- Collaborate with other faculty members and academic coordinators to ensure a cohesive and integrated curriculum delivery.

- Mentor students on effective study techniques, time management, and stress management to optimize their preparation.

- Participate in curriculum development, faculty training programs, and other academic initiatives as required.

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
