Job Title: Jewellery Sales Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Jewellery Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide excellent service, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

- Explain product features, designs, quality, pricing, and offers.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions accurately.
- Manage inventory, stock verification, and product replenishment.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.

Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two); Degree preferred.




- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery or retail sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid customer service and sales abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software experience is an advantage.
- Presentable appearance with a positive attitude.

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives
