We are looking for a hands-on Java Technical Lead with robust experience in enterprise application development, microservices, and team leadership.

? Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable Java applications and microservices

- Lead technical implementation and participate in architecture/design decisions
- Perform code reviews and ensure coding best practices




- Troubleshoot complex application and production issues
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders
- Drive projects from development through deployment
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices

? Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field

- 4+ years of strong hands-on Java development experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team leadership abilities
- Experience working in Agile/SDLC environments
