We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to design, implement, and lead enterprise IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITOM, ServiceNow architecture, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and integrations , along with hands-on experience in customization and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow ITOM architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Lead implementation and customization of ITOM modules , including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence.
- Define and maintain CMDB architecture, CSDM alignment, CI relationships, and data quality standards .
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery , including MID Servers, credentials, probes, patterns, and schedules.
- Design and implement Service Mapping for business-critical applications and services.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring tools and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub .
- Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer .
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance,



code reviews, and best practices to development teams.
- Troubleshoot complex ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, integration, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, developers, and solution architects.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, governance, security, scalability, and upgrade standards.
