Project Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

Summary

As an IT Service Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and smooth operation of IT production systems and services. This role requires continuous monitoring to ensure that infrastructure services remain available and reliable. The individual actively supports the lifecycle of service management, addressing any issues that arise to maintain client satisfaction and mitigate risks.

Daily activities include coordinating with various teams to resolve operational challenges and ensuring that all production devices and systems function optimally to support business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and incident resolution.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks to prevent service disruptions.




- Document and communicate operational procedures and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members in understanding service management processes and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in managing and supporting data warehouse environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data storage and retrieval.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and their integration within IT service management frameworks.
- Ability to work with monitoring tools to track system health and respond to alerts effectively.
- Good communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business users.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
