What We Are Looking For

- End-to-end recruitment professional with hands-on IT hiring experience
- Hands on experience in Linkedin job portals
- Should have closed major requirements with Linkedin
- Strong exposure to IT & non-IT recruitment processes
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel for recruitment tracking and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously with ownership mindset

- Candidates should be open for occasional meeting discussions in Bangalore/ any other location on a need basis
- Leverage AI tools and modern recruitment techniques to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency
- Frequent travel according to the business needs is mandatory

Responsibilities





- Handle complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to offer rollout
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Perform HR screenings, interview coordination, follow-ups, and closure
- Maintain and manage recruitment trackers using advanced Excel
- Create and update reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement clarity, feedback, and offer approvals
- Ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and recruitment MIS reporting

Qualifications

- 2-6 Years of hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, reporting dashboards)
- Proven experience handling multiple open positions simultaneously
- Experience in IT recruitment is a robust plus
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment
