Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Business Partner for Finance to join our team.

This role will work very closely with key stakeholders such as business CFOs, Controller, Internal Audit Head, and others in deciding the Finance Digital Strategy. The IT Business Partner for Finance will be responsible for defining the Digital Finance Transformation architecture and designing solutions for S4HANA FI and CO modules, as well as other solutions like Oracle Enterprise Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders including CFOs, Controller, and Internal Audit Head to define and implement the Finance Digital Strategy.
- Lead the design and architecture of the Digital Finance Transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Design and implement S4HANA FI and CO modules to enhance financial processes and reporting.
- Oversee the implementation of other financial solutions such as Oracle Enterprise Performance Management.
- Ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other enterprise systems.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the finance team on technology-related initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate with external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality solutions.




- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in financial technology and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, CA, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization with 8-10 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with S4HANA FI and CO modules.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management and other financial systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in S4HANA or Oracle Enterprise Performance Management.
- Experience in leading digital transformation projects in the finance domain.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in financial technology.

Reporting & Other relationships:

- The role will report to Group CIO as part of the Corporate IT team.
- The role needs to collaborate very closely with business IT teams in driving change.
