Role Description The Investment Compliance Specialist (CRD Migration) is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City. The specialist will support the migration of investment compliance processes and data into CRD (Charles River Development), ensuring accuracy, regulatory adherence, and alignment with firm-wide investment guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing investment rules, mapping them to CRD, validating test cases, and identifying discrepancies or gaps in compliance logic.

The role involves collaborating closely with investment managers,



operations teams, and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements, document procedures, and support user acceptance testing. The specialist will also monitor post-migration activities, prepare reports on compliance metrics, and contribute to continuous improvements in investment compliance workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex investment data, compliance rules, and migration requirements.
- Knowledge of investments and finance, including securities, portfolios, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with investment strategies and investment management, particularly in an institutional or asset management environment.
- Familiarity with CRD (Charles River Development) or similar investment compliance platforms is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
