Our Field Support

Interns act as frontline growth ambassadors, introducing the BONC ecosystem directly to market decision-makers. You will map out, interface with, and onboard a sophisticated demographic—ranging from corporate headquarters and popular consumer brands to heavy manufacturing setups, international trading houses, and cross-industry professionals—ensuring their seamless integration onto the BONC Network platform to optimize their cross-border networking potential.

Responsibilities:-

- Identify and target local B2B businesses, manufacturers, service providers, and startups looking to expand their brand presence and improve their digital footprint.
- Conduct on-field visits and meetings with business owners, marketing heads, and executives to articulate what BONC Network is all about.
- Collect ground-level market feedback from business users regarding app usability and feature requirements,



reporting insights back to the core product team.
- Map out potential platform contributors across West Bengal, focusing on heavy manufacturing units, diversified industrial segments, corporate offices, and prominent local brands.
- Conduct targeted professional outreach to international business hubs and corporate offices to introduce the enterprise utility of BONC Network to C-suite executives and procurement heads.
- Oversee the end-to-end on-the-spot onboarding process, assisting corporate users with Web Platform and downloading the BONC Network App and establishing their professional profiles.
- Guide industrial clients on utilizing the app's advanced features, such as hosting manufacturing facility videos, Proposals, write-ups and publishing technical white papers.

Requirements:-

- Language: Qualified fluency in English and Bengali is mandatory, any third language is optional to communicate effectively across diverse industrial and corporate sectors.
- Strong geographical familiarity with West Bengal's major industrial corridors and primary corporate districts.
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master's degree (BBA, MBA, B.Com, Mass Communication, International Business, or related academic tracks).
- Tech-Savviness: Highly agile with mobile applications (Android/iOS) and corporate web ecosystems, capable of conducting smooth tech demonstrations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptionally polished communicator, comfortable entering corporate workspaces, handling executive-level objections, and building swift professional rapport
