US voice Process
? Location: Kharadi, Pune
? Process: US Collections Process
Eligibility
- Experience: 1–2 years of International BPO (ITNL) experience is mandatory
- Communication: Excellent English communication is mandatory
- Transport: Candidate residence should be within a 15 km radius of the office
? Experienced Candidates:
- Up to ₹40,000 / ₹45,000
- Salary will vary based on experience and communication skills; final salary will be decided by Operations.
Selection Process
- HR Round – Normal phone call + Zoom call
- VNA Round – Tongue twisters, speaking topic, paragraph reading, and pronunciation of challenging US city/citizen names
- Aptitude Test – Vocabulary, Grammar, Typing (20 WPM), and Logical Reasoning
- Operations Round
Shift & Advantages
? US Shifts: Between 5:30 PM and 10:30 AM
⏱️ Working Hours: 8 hours + 45-minute break
2 rotational off
? Transportation: Free Home Pick & Drop
