The International Customer Support Executive manages front-end and back-end stakeholder communication for US-based healthcare practices. This role handles patient scheduling, appointment adjustments, insurance verification, and billing clarifications via an international voice and CRM setup.

- Patient Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and specialist referrals based on provider availability and practice guidelines.

- Inbound/Outbound Voice Support: Handle calls from US patients regarding appointment changes, cancellations, and general account questions.

- Billing & Insurance Inquiries: Explain charges, co-pays, deductibles, and explanation of perks (EOB) statements in clear terms.

- Data & EHR Management: Accurately update patient demographic data, appointment schedules, and call logs in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and billing software.

- Discrepancy Routing:



Research basic billing or scheduling conflicts and route complex escalated issues to appropriate US-based departments.

- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA privacy and data security rules during all communications.

Qualifications & Skills

- Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills with a neutral accent and active listening abilities.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in international voice customer service, BPO, or US healthcare processes.

- Technical Literacy: Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and web-based scheduling/billing platforms.

- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work US night shifts

Pay: ₹20,465.41 - ₹35,846.09 per month
