- Handle customer complaints, requests and escalations
- Ensure high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction
- Follow defined process guidelines and quality standards
- Meet process-specific productivity and performance requirements

SALARY

Freshers: 18,000 25,000

Experienced: 20,000 35,000
