Role Description The Intern Social Media Reels role is a full-time remote position focused on creating engaging short-form video content for PPStack’s social media channels. The intern will plan, script, shoot, and edit reels aligned with the brand’s voice, educational themes, and marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include collaborating with the marketing team to develop content ideas, repurposing existing educational materials into reels, and optimizing content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts,



and similar channels.

The role also involves monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics, and suggesting improvements to increase reach and engagement. The intern will maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure all content follows brand guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support content distribution and audience growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop compelling, on-brand reels and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to collaborate with teams and convey messages clearly through visual and written content.
- Basic video production and editing skills (e.g., using mobile editing apps or simple editing tools) are highly beneficial.
- Understanding of current social media trends, especially short-form video formats, is preferred.
- Interest in EdTech, AI, and digital skills development is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
