Site Supervisor – Interior Projects Company: Global Interior Studio (GIS) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Job Type: Full-time Department: Project Execution Experience: 2–5 years preferred About the Role Global Interior Studio (GIS) is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day execution of residential and commercial interior projects.

The Site

Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed as per approved drawings, BOQ, quality standards, schedule, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities Site Execution - Supervise day-to-day interior execution at project sites.

- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, civil workers, and other vendors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved 2D drawings, 3D designs, BOQ, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are maintained.
- Check measurements and workmanship at every stage.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues promptly.

Quality

Control - Ensure materials and workmanship meet GIS quality standards.
- Verify materials received at site against approved specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks during installation.
- Identify design, measurement, material, or execution discrepancies and report them immediately.
- Ensure proper finishing and detailing before handover. Coordination - Coordinate with Project Manager, Designers, Sales Team, Factory, Procurement, and vendors.
- Communicate daily site requirements and progress updates.
- Coordinate material deliveries and installation schedules.
- Maintain proper communication with clients regarding site-related matters.
- Escalate major delays, changes, or issues to management. Documentation & Reporting - Maintain daily site progress reports.
- Track manpower and work completed.




- Record material requirements and consumption.
- Maintain snag lists and ensure timely closure.
- Share site photos and progress updates with the management team.
- Maintain project checklists and handover documentation.

Requirements - 2–5 years of experience in interior execution/site supervision.

- Experience in residential interiors, modular furniture, or commercial interiors preferred.
- Good knowledge of carpentry, modular installation, electrical, plumbing, civil, painting, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and interior layouts.
- Strong knowledge of measurements and site execution.
- Good vendor and manpower coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Valuable communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel between project sites in Bengaluru.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp reporting/CRM is preferred.
