Role Description The Interior Project Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of modular interior projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design, production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure project plans are clearly communicated and implemented on schedule. The role involves supervising site installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, TV units, and storage systems, monitoring quality standards, and resolving in office issues in real time.

The Interior Project

Supervisor will manage project timelines, track progress,



and report status to internal stakeholders and client representatives, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and contractual requirements. The role also includes conducting site measurements and validations, enforcing safety and compliance protocols, and maintaining strong working relationships with contractors, vendors, and client teams.

Qualifications

- Project planning and coordination skills, including experience managing multiple interior or fit-out projects and tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Site supervision and execution skills, with the ability to oversee installation teams, interpret drawings, and ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.
- Quality control and inspection skills, including attention to detail in finishes, alignment, hardware installation, and overall workmanship.
- Stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal teams and handle escalations professionally.
- Technical understanding of modular interiors, cabinetry systems, and hardware (experience with Blum, Hettich, or similar brands is an advantage).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in fast-paced, on-site environments.
- Proficiency in reading architectural and interior drawings; familiarity with basic measurement tools and site verification methods.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is beneficial.
