Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Interior

Designer will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, and translate them into cohesive interior solutions. Daily responsibilities include creating mood boards and layouts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating FF&E; selections, and working closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately. The role involves regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design and execution issues, and maintain quality standards.





The Interior

Designer will also assist in project presentations, budgeting support, and documentation to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically compelling layouts.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings to communicate design intent and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess experience in FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, including materials, finishes, and styling that align with a luxury design narrative.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and visualization tools.
- Strong attention to detail, project organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and client-facing skills, with a team-oriented approach to working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in residential or luxury interior projects is highly beneficial.
