- Hands on experience in building integration among enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, HRIS, AD ..etc.) using ServiceNow.
Experience in writing scripts(in JavaScript) in ServiceNow based on various events.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, configuration of ServiceNow's ITSM service catalog and integrations.
- Experience with building and communicating with Restful API / web service.
- Understanding and experience in use various authentication methods for API interactions.
- Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and support users of applications developed by the enterprise application development team.
- Experience enough to work independently with minimal directions.
- Prior experiences and knowledge with enterprise integrations and process optimizations.
- Experience in ServiceNow integration hub
