Position: Instrumentation Engineer

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Industries: FMCG

Responsibilities:

- Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all Instruments.
- Ensure that equipment’s are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities.
- Shall have experience on Sensors, Transmitters, PLC, HMI, Etc.
- Shall be able to ready drawings P&ID;, Panel drawings, etc.
- Installation of fresh Instruments and fittings.
- Keep record of all stock, supplies and existing equipment’s.
- Perform Calibration services for Instruments NABL and Traceability to NABL.
- Ensure that all electrical gadgets and instruments are used as per the requirement on daily basis.
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services.
- Provide safe working setting for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented.
- Take steps to prevent fire outbreaks by making appropriate recommendations to management.




- Purchase electrical fittings and components or supervise the staff charged with the responsibility.
- Support the company in increasing profitability by managing resources efficiently and making necessary recommendations.

Required Skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written.
- PLC, HMI & SCADA knowledge.
- Panel wiring, Flow, Temperature, Pressure, Level Transmitters, etc.
- Panel Indicators, Controllers, Recorders, etc.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting of motors.
- Knowledge of HVAC & BMS.

Required Qualification:- B.E/B.Tech - Instrumentation

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
