Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Trainer is a contract, in office role based in Bengaluru South. The trainer will design and deliver AI-focused training sessions, including lectures, labs, and project-based learning, to students and professionals at varying skill levels. Day-to-day work includes preparing curriculum materials, updating course content to reflect current industry practices, and creating assessments to measure learner progress.

The role involves mentoring learners on AI concepts, tools, and frameworks, guiding them through real-time projects, and providing feedback on their work.



The trainer will collaborate with the academic and placement teams to ensure training outcomes align with market needs and support learners in building portfolios and interview readiness.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, including core concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies).
- Experience designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or classroom sessions, preferably in AI, data science, or related fields.
- Ability to develop structured curriculum, training materials, and real-time project case studies aligned with industry practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner to diverse learner groups.
- Comfort with classroom management, learner engagement, and providing constructive feedback and mentorship.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with related domains such as data analytics, data engineering, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), or software development is an advantage.
- Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and a learner-centric approach, with interest in staying updated on emerging AI trends and tools.
