Job Summary

Novaris Talents is hiring an experienced Instructional Designer for one of our clients on a 6-month contract assignment.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Instructional Design, eLearning content development, and storyboarding. Candidates with experience working on US K–12 learning projects will have an added advantage, but US K–12 experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop engaging and learner-centric eLearning content.
- Create detailed and structured storyboards for eLearning modules.
- Translate learning objectives and SME inputs into effective instructional content.
- Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, designers, and developers.
- Develop assessments, knowledge checks, activities, and other learning components.
- Review and revise content based on client/stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure instructional content meets project requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency in instructional approach, content structure, and learning objectives.

Mandatory Requirements
- 4–12 years of experience in Instructional Design/eLearning.




- Hands-on storyboarding experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
- Experience developing eLearning content.
- Ability to work with SMEs and translate complex information into learner-friendly content.
- Strong written communication and content development skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project timelines.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Good to Have / Preferred
- Experience working on US K–12 learning projects.
- Understanding of the US education market.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline or Articulate Rise.
- LMS experience.
- Experience in assessment/question writing.
- Experience using AI tools for instructional design or eLearning content development.
- Experience in technical, professional, or compliance eLearning.
