Inside Sales Executive – Hindi Company: SaaSGOLD Technologies private limited (Jnana Inventive is Parent Company) Location: Perungudi, Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years preferred | Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may apply About the Role SaaSGOLD is looking for a Hindi-speaking Inside Sales Executive to handle and convert leads generated through digital campaigns, field sales teams and expos/events across India. This is a lead-based inside sales role — no cold calling is required . The role involves 60–70% lead calling, qualification and follow-up , and 30–40% online product demonstrations, customer discussions and sales conversion .

Key ResponsibilitiesContact and qualify leads received through digital campaigns, field sales teams and expos/events . Understand customer requirements and introduce SaaSGOLD. Conduct online product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.

Follow up regularly with interested prospects and move them towards conversion. Handle customer queries, objections and pricing discussions professionally.



Convert qualified leads into SaaSGOLD customers and achieve assigned sales targets.

Maintain accurate CRM/lead records and daily sales activity reports. Coordinate with the Field Sales team when an in office customer meeting or visit is required.

Requirements Hindi and English communication skills required. Tamil or other Indian languages are an added advantage. Strong communication, presentation, persuasion and negotiation skills. Good follow-up and customer-handling abilities. Target-oriented, self-motivated and sales-driven.

Experience in SaaS, software, ERP, POS, jewellery or B2B sales is preferred. Be available to attend customer calls, online product demonstrations or urgent customer meetings outside regular working hours, including weekends, when required based on customer needs or business requirements.
