JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Infor ERP Implementation Consultant with 4 to 5 years of domain experience to optimize, support, and scale our enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex manufacturing shop-floor workflows and technical systems execution.
You will be responsible for leading or facilitating end-to-end applications deployment, configuring functional modules, and mapping specific manufacturing operations. A foundational requirement for this role is an intensive working knowledge of Indian localization features and local statutory compliance parameters within the Infor ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-End Implementation & Process Mapping
Configure and support functional setups for core Infor ERP platforms (such as Infor LN, CloudSuite
Industrial / SyteLine, or Infor M3).
Collaborate with manufacturing business heads to transform operational practices into systemic logic,
covering Shop Floor Control, Bill of Materials (BOM), Production Planning, Inventory Management, Quality
Control, and Procurement workflows.
Perform precise Gap Analysis between legacy operations and standard Infor functionalities, proposing optimized workarounds or defining clean specifications for custom enhancements.
- Indian Localization & Statutory Alignment
Take full functional ownership of Indian statutory updates, localizations, and patch management within the
ERP framework.
Ensure seamless data computation and transaction flows concerning the Indian tax structure, specifically managing Goods and Services Tax (GST: CGST, SGST, IGST), TCS/TDS matrices, and standard accounting validations.
Oversee system configurations for native operational compliance, including automated E-invoicing processing and live E-way bill portal integrations.

- Validation, Testing & Technical Governance
Develop thorough business test scenarios,
direct rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and diagnose/
troubleshoot core functional bugs prior to production cut-overs.
Draft comprehensive system documentation, including detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs),
structural data maps, and operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Deliver structured technical coaching and functional training to key power users and site leads to drive maximum organizational system adoption.
TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Overall Experience: 4 to 5 years of dedicated functional or technical consulting experience inside an Infor
ERP setting.
Domain Expertise: Proven history working inside the Manufacturing Industry (Discrete, Process, or
Automotive components) with clear familiarity with manufacturing supply chain and warehousing mechanics.
Localization Focus: Hands-on experience mapping and executing at least one full cycle of Indian
Taxation and statutory localization setup within a primary tier-1 ERP suite.
Project Track Record: Involvement in at least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations, large-scale functional upgrades, or complex regional rollout rollouts.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related functional domain. Active Infor product certifications will be highly valued.
KEY COMPETENCIES & SOFT SKILLS
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical acumen to systematically isolate root causes of application errors and align complex manufacturing constraints with out-of-the-box ERP workflows.
Communication & Facilitation: Ability to clearly present business requirements to external technical developers and simplify intricate ERP logic for cross-functional operations personnel.
Vendor & Partner Relations: Experience working productively alongside third-party implementation partners, external developers, and Infor technical support networks to resolve critical support tickets.
