Role Description The Influencer/Talent Management Intern will support day-to-day talent coordination and influencer marketing activities in a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding influencers, maintaining databases of talent, and assisting with contract coordination and campaign briefs. The intern will communicate with creators and brands, help schedule and track deliverables,



and support the execution of social media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role also involves monitoring campaign performance, compiling reports, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills for effective interaction with influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to support campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to assist in outreach, negotiations, and maintaining long-term partnerships with talent and brands.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and current digital content trends.
- Proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with databases or CRM tools.
- Interest in media, entertainment, and influencer marketing; prior internship or project experience in a related field is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related discipline is preferred.
