We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with fluent English skills to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills to work with international clients, buyers, and manufacturers while ensuring design concepts translate into successful production.

? Job Objective The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role provides hands-on experience in influencer identification, campaign management, and performance analysis.

?️ Key Responsibilities

Influencer Identification & Outreach: Research and identify potential influencers whose audience aligns with the brand's target demographic. Initiate and maintain communication to establish partnerships.

Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines.

Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to co-create engaging content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with campaign objectives.

Performance Monitoring:



Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future initiatives.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and platform algorithm changes to inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage.

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to influencer contracts, content calendars, and campaign documentation.

✅ Required Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or influencer marketing is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and influencer ecosystems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective influencer collaboration.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media analytics tools.

Creative mindset with the ability to assist in content creation and campaign ideation.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

? Preferred Qualifications

Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Aspire, Grin).

Familiarity with FTC guidelines for sponsored content.
