We are hiring Manager / Assistant Manager Inclusive Finance for a leading consulting firm’s Financial Sector practice in Delhi.

The role will involve managing and delivering consulting assignments across financial inclusion, inclusive finance and financial-sector advisory, from project inception through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead/manage consulting assignments across the financial sector and inclusive finance.
- Develop technical approaches, methodologies and analytical frameworks.
- Conduct and oversee primary and secondary research.
- Undertake financial-sector studies, financial inclusion assessments, enterprise surveys and market/sector diagnostics.
- Design and implement quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Conduct stakeholder consultations, key informant interviews and focus group discussions.
- Develop MEL frameworks, logical frameworks, Theory of Change, results measurement frameworks and evaluation approaches.
- Analyse research findings and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, strategy papers, policy documents, concept notes,



impact assessments and client presentations.
- Manage research partners, survey agencies and field teams where required.
- Engage with senior stakeholders including banks, NBFCs, MFIs, fintechs, government institutions, regulators, DFIs, multilaterals, donors and industry bodies.
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to senior client stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables and teams.

Ideal Candidate:

- 8+ years for Manager / 4+ years for Assistant Manager in financial-sector consulting, financial inclusion, inclusive finance, banking advisory, development finance, research or related areas.
- Experience in financial inclusion / banking / NBFC / MFI / fintech / microfinance / financial services is preferred.
- Robust experience in research, consulting and analytical assignments.
- Exposure to quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Experience in MEL, impact evaluation, monitoring frameworks or outcome measurement.
- Excellent analytical, report-writing and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder and client-management capabilities.
- Experience working with government, regulators, banks, financial institutions, donors, multilaterals or development finance institutions will be an advantage.
