- Implement Testing for Dynamics CRM systems through Automation tool such as Selenium •Develop and maintain automated test frameworks specifically tailored for AI/ML models within CRM systems to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability of intelligent customer insights • Work on optimising the work and help in end to end testing through agentics flows • Perform end-to-end testing of customer journey automation, lead scoring algorithms, and personalized recommendation engines to ensure optimal user experience and business value delivery • Create and execute test cases for CRM integrations with third-party AI services, APIs, and external data sources while ensuring data quality and system interoperability • Monitor and analyze AI model performance metrics, conduct regression testing on retrained models, and validate the accuracy of predictive customer behavior algorithms • Document test results,



defects, and AI model performance issues while working closely with development teams to resolve complex technical challenges in AI-driven CRM features • Establish quality assurance processes for continuous integration and deployment of AI models within CRM environments, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standardsMandatory skill sets:
