Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle complete HR operations across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & manpower planning
- Employee onboarding & training coordination
- Attendance & payroll coordination
- Performance management system
- Employee engagement & retention
- HR policy implementation
- Handling discipline and grievance management
- Compliance & documentation

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in HR
- Experience in handling 100+ employees
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Experience in automobile/dealership industry preferred
