Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing and executing core HR functions that support a growing industrial water solutions organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure the company has the right talent in place.

The role oversees performance management processes, learning and development initiatives, and employee engagement activities that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The Human Resources

Manager ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies,



administers compensation and benefits programs, and addresses employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner. This position collaborates closely with senior leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and support organizational change.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience with HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation in an industrial or manufacturing environment is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in HRIS or other HR technology platforms, along with solid skills in MS Office and data-driven HR reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement training, learning and development, and talent management initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, and driving culture-building or engagement programs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role; exposure to water, environmental, or engineering sectors is an advantage.
