CTC: ₹8–9 LPA

Job Purpose To independently manage the complete HR function from Recruitment to Retirement and support business requirements through effective people management and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manpower Planning & Recruitment – End-to-end hiring, critical positions, talent pipeline and recruitment TAT.
- Employee Lifecycle Management – Onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and separation.
- Performance Management – KPI/KRA, appraisal, PIP and performance improvement.
- Training & Development – TNA, training calendar, skill development and effectiveness.
- Payroll & Compensation – Payroll inputs, salary revisions, incentives and F&F; coordination.
- Employee Engagement & Relations – Employee connect, engagement, grievances and welfare activities.
- Statutory Compliance – PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus,



POSH and applicable labour laws.
- HR MIS & Analytics – Headcount, recruitment, attrition, payroll, training and HR dashboards.
- Exit Management – Resignation, notice period, clearance, exit interview and relieving process.
- HR Policies & Process Improvement – Policy implementation, SOPs, HR automation and continuous improvement.

Qualification & Skills
- MBA / PGDM – HR preferred
- Strong experience in end-to-end HR Operations
- Good knowledge of HR compliance, recruitment, employee relations and HR MIS
- Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma / Animal Health / Manufacturing preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
