Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Saraswati Group of Colleges in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role involves managing daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave records, and HR information systems.

The Human Resources

Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities include implementing and updating HR policies, coordinating performance evaluations,



organizing training and development initiatives, and supporting recruitment activities for academic and administrative staff. The role also requires preparing HR reports, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and collaborating with department heads to meet staffing and workforce planning needs.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR functions.
- Experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS usage, attendance and leave management.
- Demonstrated skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle employee concerns, promote engagement, and support a respectful workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies, labor regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to educational institutions or similar organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or certification is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or ERP systems.
- Prior experience in an educational or institutional setting is preferred.
