Work Mode: Work from Office

Work Days- 5 days (Mon to Fri)

CTC- 2.5 LPA- 3 LPA

Job Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.

Source candidates based on client requirements and job descriptions.

Utilize various sourcing channels such as:

Job Portals

Head Hunting

Employee Referrals

Job Fairs

Social Media Platforms

Screen and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection status,



document collection, and joining formalities.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Required Skills

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in staffing/recruitment industry is mandatory.

Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification -Any Graduate

Languages- Tamil, English.
