Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and field-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, coordinating with branch teams, sourcing suitable candidates, and supporting manpower requirements across branches. The role involves regular branch visits, so the candidate should be comfortable with field travel within Hyderabad and nearby locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for branch-level and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, employee referrals, and local recruitment networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and branch heads.
- Conduct regular visits to branches to understand manpower requirements and support recruitment activities.
- Coordinate with branch managers regarding vacancies, joining requirements, and staffing needs.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Assist with offer documentation,



joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
- Conduct local sourcing and participate in recruitment drives when required.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and provide updates to management.
- Support HR activities related to employee documentation and branch manpower.

Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment/talent acquisition is preferred.
- Candidates with 6–12 months of HR internship experience can also be considered.
- MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA/B.Com/Any Graduate with relevant HR experience preferred.
- Male candidates who are comfortable with branch visits and field travel are preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Should be comfortable using MS Office/Excel and recruitment portals.
- Should be willing to travel to branches as part of the job.
